2. What data we collect

We collect personal data you provide voluntarily (name, email, phone, company, job title, message), data generated through use of our website (IP address, device, browser, pages viewed), and data we collect via cookies and similar technologies (subject to your consent).

3. How we use your data

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, regular backups and staff training. We notify affected users and the Dutch DPA of any qualifying breach within 72 hours.

9. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. We list our subprocessors on request.
